My favorite recipe so far is a slightly modified version of the recipe supplied with the concentrate, inspired by my Don's Spices #2 version. It is sweeter and has a little more of the Grog Concentrate than the official version. It is as follows: 1 oz. lime juice 3/4 oz. grape fruit juice 1/3 oz. Grog Concentrate 3/4 oz. Rock Candy Syrup 1 oz. light rum (El Dorado 3 year) 1 oz. dark rum (Coruba) 2/3 - 3/4 oz. Lemon Hart 151 To me the official version is dominated by the grape fruit juice flavor. Any other Grog Concentrate owners care to share their favorite recipes?
