One of my favorite house cocktails, the Podgey and Jasper:

1 oz. Coruba
1 oz. Cruzan light
1 oz 50/50 honey mix
1 oz Jasper's Mix
2 dashes St. Elizabeth Pimento Dram

Shake with ice cubes, pour unstrained into double rocks glass.
