Trader Vic's original cocktails - Tiki Drinks and Food

We're putting together a drink menu for next week's Tiki Tuesday at Pacifica Aspen. Each week a different person's cocktails are highlighted. Next week it'll be Trader Vic. Does anybody have any input on quintessential drinks that are his? Why do you think it should be included? We'll definitely do the Mai Tai (for comparison to Don Beach) and the Fogg Cutter.
