DJ Saiko Mikan and his Tokyo Teleport Station returns (tonight, Tuesday, July 9) as our partner in exotica-loving futurist fun! J-lounge, breakbeat and upbeat remixes with a tropical twist!

This just in from DJ Saiko Mikan: "HELLO TIKI - I'll be spinning the Exotica loving-sounds of Japanese lounge-pop at PKNY one last time tonight. The bar is closing in two weeks, so come to enjoy NY's finest tropical libations and zoom away on a flying saucer marked "Made In Japan."

Sadly, PKNY will be closing it's Essex Street address after Saturday July 20 (technically 4:00 a.m. Sunday, the 21st). We are looking forward to the new incarnation, "Asphalt Jungle!"
