Tiki Finds - Collecting Tiki

Have any of you seen it before or have information on it? It had lots of chips and dings. I restored it. Hi Wendy, My guess is that this guy is a depiction of Te Rongo and his three sons. There is some confusion as to who this guy really is though. Either Rongo, the Maori god of agriculture, some other Cook Islands god or Te Rongo with his kids. Sir Peter Buck, not of REM. :) is the guy who creates the confusion. He (Peter Buck/Te Rangi Hiroa) died in 1951. The face on you guy is kinda Disneyesque. I have a carving of Te Rongo and his three sons and it has a Cook Islands face. Erik The Red.
