Unfortunately, I think Hudson Bay's purchase of Saks and desire to place the upscale retailer in a redeveloped IMP increases, not decreases, the probability of the development because Saks can be an anchor tenant, with a lot of square footage and a long-term lease, which will draw other retailers as the only Saks in Hawaii. http://www.bizjournals.com/pacific/blog/morning_call/2013/06/owner-of-lord-taylor-interested-in.html |
