"The Red Tiki Lounge" - that's the working title of the new painting. And the important item in the art/tiki-noir mystery novel I am working on with a writer named S. P. Grogan. (he wrote "Captain Cooked" - a mystery-treasure hunt that takes place on the Big Island). So In the painting, I have "The Red Tiki", and I figured I better design a good looking Tiki, and get in down now. This can be really hard sometimes - make it cool, and tiki -like but not something you've seen before. So I'm doing a pencil study, that I think I'm gonna ink it now, cause... well it looks better than I thought it was gonna look. ALOHA! [ Edited by: tiki shark art 2013-08-10 02:54 ]
