I did a study for the tiki in the painting I'm working on...

Just to make sure I had a cool tiki design. It's very important to me to make it look "tiki-culture right", note: not historical Hawaiian Culture, but TIKI-Culture. Not too goofy, and thus dis respectful (I live on a active volcanic island where humans were sacrificed to these wooden idols - best to be respectful and full of as much Aloha as ya' can.) Not too evil. A bit happy is good, but sort of inscrutable.

"The Red Tiki"
(study for painting)
"Ink & Acrylic illustration" on heavy paper,
9" x 12"

all done! Back to the canvas! Hey, if you really dig this one-of-a-kind original art, take a look over in the Tiki Marketplace.

  • I take pay Pal. Personal message me.

Ultra-Swanky Aloha!
