Rockabilly? - Beyond Tiki

I'd descibe them as very sincere, unpretenious and true to the roots. Dan was a good drummer for them...he understood and loved their music and complimented it well. He also played with a San Diego punk band called the Penetrators. He played good solid drums with them, but I think his heart was always in the rockabilly, country swing & blues/R&B stuff that inhabited most of his record collection and led to projects like the Pleasure Barons & the Beat Farmers.
