I've tried many variations, but my current favorite is the one found in the back of "Tiki Road Trip" by James Teitelbaum. It calls for: 1 1/2 ounce dry gin 1/2 ounce cherry brandy 1/2 ounce lemon juice 1/2 lime 1 tsp. grenadine 1/4 ounce Sloe Gin 1/4 ounce Creme de Cassis Add ingedients to a 12 ounce glass with cracked ice, stir well and top with selter. I've found this version is much better than the one in the "Tiki Drinks" book with all the Shag art. Cheers!
