Demerara rums are called for in most tiki drinks. They are probably as essential to your bar as they are to mine.

I've come across a few mixing demerara rums now so thought it'd be good to get a thread going listing them all. They range from the relatively easy going El Dorado range to the 'stiffer' darker ones.

Question 1) What have people come across?

Question 2) How are people using them in drinks?
