Try sipping St. James Royal Amber mixed 1:1 with Appleton 12 year. It smells and tastes great. Definitely a case where the sum is better than the individual parts. I have both St. James Hors d'Age and Neissen Special Reserve. Both are great rhums that I reserve for sipping but I prefer the Neissen. It is a bit more expensive though.
