I just discovered Elliot Easton's Tiki Gods. Eliott Easton played guitar for The Cars and recently released a Tiki/Exotica album, "Easton Island." I must say, it's brilliant and refreshing. Definitely more guitar oriented, but still maintains that lounge/exotica feel. Check it out. Hope there's more to follow. |
