Last set of photos showed how I used a big tool to carve the grass in the skirt. Now that it has dried some I've used a steel wire brush to add smaller indentations. I also added a flower to her head. Close up. Later when the clay is firmer it can be carved to make the petals thinner. Next I located a moai in Dan's collection to use as a reference for the man. Working on the nose, forehead and mouth. I stopped here to wait for comments and instructions from Treg. (: Wendy
