I’m so glad I didn’t break it. It’s seems to be some kind of medium weight stone and it was painted at one time. It’s about 1’x7” and about an inch and a half thick. Too heavy to be plaster-might be some kind of concrete. the surface is very rough and abrasive. We moved into this place 40 yr.s ago and there was a slightly :nautical” look to the outdoor decor at the time.
