When I worked at OSU they had Chicken nuggets ALL the time.
It is all the kids wanted to eat.
We would have Salmon, Shrimp but they would not touch those foods.
And the people that worked there would call themselves chefs.
Most did not even know how to make a roux.

Plus now the big thing is to brine your poultry, I wonder how much more
the poultry sellers make by packing their birds with water.
Don't like brining myself it makes the meat spongy.
