My "everyday" mai tai is 1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/4 demarara sugar syrup, 1/2 oz orgeat, 1/2 oz orange curacao, 1 oz Cruzan Aged Gold rum, 1 oz Coruba dark rum. Shake with crushed ice. |
