Cost effective flights to Hawaii - Tiki Travel

According to Expedia, only these airlines fly to Hawaii: American (merged out TWA and US Airlines(PSA) both of which used to fly to Hawaii) Delta United-Continental (although I am no fan of Frank Lorenzo, who ruined Eastern) Alaska Air Hawaiian Airlines
