This week's stuff:

Giant PNG mask. About 33" tall (44" if you add the feathers on top and bottom), by 22" or so wide:

lots and lots of shells...

I think only 2-3 are missing

Signed, with the price tag of $840!

Price tag was from here:
melanisian arts

Info on the carver and this mask style here:
Kambaramba Village, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea

Here's kingstiedye holding it up for scale:

A pair of storyboards from Palau:

One had the story on the back

Most dangerous place to be at the swap meet on sunday morning was the laser straight line between myself, this Maori lamp, and the seller:

You could have got trampled to death and not even slowed me down a single pace...

Solomon islands fishhead faced guy with seahorse sideburns carving, and a pair of Tahitian mini tikis:

marked Tane on one:

Handled mug with some printed company promo logo on the back:

Big stack of postcards. Highlights

Two Tahiti ones with stone tikis

My favorite is the Solomon Islands topless one, with the two figural carvings next to them:

Looks like the male figure is peeking at the dancers!
And a little collection of topless wahines from around the pacific:

There were about 70 more that I got of island women who left their tops on, dancers, and other pretty island scenes...

Buzzy Out!
