Architect: "But what kind of coconut trees?"
Developer: "I dunno, it just says 'coconut trees.'"
Architect: "Well, in that case, let's use Jurassic coconut trees. The small
ones grew to be about, what, 300 feet tall? Yeah, that's the
ticket!"
City Council: "Oh, crap..."
