this is the official liki tiki lounge rum whip recipe per nomeus 2014 pat. pend.

1 1/3 cup dole whip powder mix
2 cups milk (at least 2%)
2/3 cups of 3 blended rums (your choice. i used kohala bay, cruzan and martinique clement)
1/3 cup dole brand pineapple/banana/apple/oj juice

mix it all in a big bowl and whisk until you feel its all mixed well. should yield 4 cups total at this point which is 1 quart. pour into the cuisinart sorbet container and place in the freezer. let it sit until you feel it has a consistency that you prefer. it may take several hours. once it is at a thickness you like, put the machine together and let it run. again, let it run until it reaches a thickness and appearance you prefer.

shut your mouth and enjoy!!

be sure to get the dole whip soft serve dry mix (pineapple)

IMPORTANT be sure to freeze your mix in the cuisinart container first. youll waste your time trying to get the machine to churn it.
