Yee on the phone just now! He is still alive and resides in Honolulu. He told me that he is almost ninety-six years old. He's extremely hard of hearing and wasn't able to talk long. He was surprised that I was talking about some of his old drink recipes. When I asked about some of his recipes, he said that was from a long time ago. Yee said that he couldn't remember recipes but that he could look to see if he had anything written down. He had said that he has given a lot of stuff away and wasn't sure if he had them any more. I'm in shock!!! What a treasure it would be to even find a few of his original recipes... I gave him my phone number and he told me that he would call me back. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
