You have been rather vague on details & your efforts don't seem to be getting anywhere so it's time to step up & give us those details, you have not said so, does the owner or you want money for Rufus? if so how much? or is he willing to donate him to a good home, simple question. I am only asking for the facts, so we may be able to find a new home for Rufus, I am not criticizing you for any of this & actually appreciate your attempts to do something about it.
