Wouldn't it be great if Rufus would find a home with Disney who operate both "Animal Kingdom" and "Tokyo Disney Seas?" Those are just two other options, but I've also been thinking about how Trader Sam's is geographically the closest to Rufus and also how well a friendly toothless piranha could fit into that venue and its backstory.

Quick evaluation of Disney and Sam's: Tiki - few would argue against. Love for animals - yes. Potential to fit nicely into existing theming and backstory - absolutely. Potential for Rufus to be honored, loved, and come to enjoy "global legend" status - yes.

Disney may have a very hard time moving quickly on this matter. But given that we have some Disney visibility and connections here on TC, and that this would be potentially one of the most amazing ways to honor this little guy and continue his status as a fixture in the Southern California tiki community, I thought I'd toss my thoughts into the ring.
