Still there.
According to the current realtor's website, nelsonhill.com this property is under contract along with some adjacent properties. This includes the Chicago Defender building, which the realtor calls the "Former historic Illinois Automobile Club building." It's 2400 S. Michigan Ave., part of the quasi-historic "Motor Row" which has some very old car dealership and related buildings, and is seeing some slow development. TT |
