Anyone else want to contribute? I'll post something soon, and if two more people post things after that I'll share a beautiful vintage Trader Vic's menu. Eight pages, plus a special menu insert. The originals are rare and expensive (here's one on eBay now for $495: http://bit.ly/1aIhJlO ).
