That being said, the feeling I got when he talked about it was: he knows it's cool, plus it reminds him of his dad, but he doesn't know quite what to do with it, i.e.; not quite ready to give them up yet.

It was our conversation about it that made him get out the bamboo cup with the swizzles.

Actually I could see him latching on to the hobby himself possibly, he's already on the periphery with his whole house done in nautical style and the stuff he and his wife bring back from Hawaii every year.

Fair enough, maybe I'll use it as a grenadine decanter until something better comes along. Glad I only paid $80.00 for it then...Just kidding! :wink:
