The fund raiser is over as the goal is over.
"Our goal: cover fees to purchase, move, and help with Rufus' upkeep."

I for one do not think the new owner (Zhu)who now wants to keep Rufus should get any
money for any reason.
Even to help Rufus, if he wants to keep this fish it should all now fall on him.
Lord knows what he would really do with the money.

And I don't think the money should be "saved for later" as many times funds like
that have a way of falling through the cracks anyway.
Plus hope I'm wrong but Rufus may not live to see another "move"

Still think the money should go to Jorge as he is the one person who has put in the most time caring for this fish.
Would fear that Jorge would give some of this money to Zhu the new owner guy.
P.S. I do not know Jorge in any way shape or form.
