Aloha! Episode 21 of 5 Minutes of Rum is posted. I taste Kirk and Sweeney 12 Year Dominican rum and use it in a Beachcomber's Gold (well, 1 of the 3 published versions of that recipe anyway). Have a listen and play along at home if you're so inclined.
