My mind quickly raced through the Tiki Farm designers part of my memory bank for a reference to Ross, where one could not be found. I asked the guy "Who?", and he said the TV painter guy: Bob Ross, and it was signed by him. He pointed to the c 2000 on the bottom and said "here." I translated what it actually said for him, and he looked heartbroken by the truth...
