Arrived at Happy Hour bartender is wearing a vest & tie (HUH???) I had a 1944 Mai-Tai with more crushed ice than anything else, my Wife's drink had almost no, booze. We ate some food with the so called drinks, while five wait staff were shooting the breeze just in front of us. We've been Emeryville TV a number of times, never this bad. PS After we went directly to the Forbidden Island for some much needed Monkey Pod's to recover.
