I won't claim this to be "the best way", just "a way."

My friend hung his on the wall with the outrigger part down and hung all his corded tiki pendants from the boat and rig part it. It made a couple rows high of tiki danglers below it. Made the most of the little space he had and displayed a lot of hard to display stuff.
