I did a google search on the authors. Nothing on Dick Moano and I found a Wally Turnbow on a grave finder site (1921-2005). There’s a copy of their book (signed by Wally) on Amazon available right now for 88 bucks-didn’t find a price on unsigned copies Btw, my wife CeCe and I polished off a bottle of dat Koloa dark when we on Kauai last year.
