Here's the lessons I learned: Make sure all your ingredients are cold, or don't add them to the ice until you're ready to blend. You can't dissolve honey in room temperature lime juice. If you microwave honey and lime, you will be cleaning your microwave 30 seconds later. Monin Passion Fruit syrup can not be tamed and will overpower any drink you add it to, even if you halve the amount. I made a drink. It was not a Voodoo Grog. 2 oz of orange juice made it palatable.
