Wendy- here's the recipe I use
for the Pineapple upside down cake drink-

Rub lime on glass edge
Dip glass edge in sugar

2 oz Pineapple juice
2 oz butterscotch schnapps
2 oz coconut rum

Shake with ice
Strain into glass

Enjoy
