I'm a grayscale kind of guy. I can just as easily acknowledge that the Mai Kai is amazing, and that it's truly a Tiki Mecca, while still saying that it's kind of disturbing that they aren't (weren't) refrigerating their food properly. Just because I might have a criticism doesn't mean I can't like it—and vice versa.
