I'm confused: did you use Baker's or Booker's? I'm guessing you meant Baker's because that's 107 proof. Looks like Booker's is also aged 7 years but bottled at 127 proof. I wonder if that would change anything in the drink?

I'm new to Bourbon in tiki drinks but I did try the Western Sour recipe from Remixed lately and found I quite liked it. I may have to try this one next.
