I'd say surfing has a very major connection with Tiki. There isn't a surfing chapter in 'The Book' for nothing! While the majority of people on this board may have got into Tiki through listening to lounge, then exotica, there are others who got their first taste through surfing. Certainly the crowd of British surfers I know are at least aware of Tiki if not into it, unlike the general population. Trader Woody |
