The Shrunken Skull is probably my fave "easy" to make cocktails. I do however, cut back on the lime juice, as I do in a number of the Bum's recipes. BTW, this post reminds me of another grenadine-heavy cocktail. the Jack Rose, which is just Applejack, grenadine and lime. I make mine with the Laird's Straight Apple Brandy (100 proof), so you end up with a great strong/sweet combination. |
