Yes, That is one of those wood carved Hawaiian Tourist Tikis
all of us collect them, many are vintage from the 50s & 60s
but can be new, also.

The quality can range from very nice to mass produced, but it probably
came from a gift store or airport shop in Hawaii
They look nice in groups
