Any one know what this thing is? Another one my mother sent me as a birthday gift. She said the guy she bought it from at the swap meet said it was some sort of hard to find bicycle accessory, but she couldn't remember what he told her about it. It's an obnoxious little bugger, lights up with a steady on, strobe, and cycling flicker. Talk about tacky tiki, but I get a kick out of it... :)

Also finally found myself a Tiki Bob. Paid more than I would'a liked, but way less than Ebay prices.
