Sorry to be so late jumping in on this thread, but I just stumbled across it.

It was called the 12-20 because it was at the junction of routes 12 and 20. The inside was totally Tiki themed. I used to go there as a kid all the time, I was just reminiscing about it now when I stumbled across it. They struggled for some time the last few years.

Worcester used to have several tiki themed restaurants - the WinTiki previously mentioned, the Hawaii 12-20, Aku-Aku, and the Ho-Toy Luau. I think there were a few more, too. The Ho Toy still exists, though they have not kept the place up very well. I know they had a stage at the 12-20, but I never remember anyone performing there. Even when they did have live music I think it was always on the bar side.

If I remember correctly you entered the door, the bar was to the left and was all done in blue lights with tons of tiki lamps and decor, the dining room was to the right, kind of almost a long hall that opened up at the end with the stage. They had murals along the walls, the Tiki lamps, and I think they had display near the stage of some stuff I cant remember. I don't think they had a fountain, though, like the Ho Toy has.
