Finally bought some Coco Lopez. Also made some Emily Specials for my lovely wife's birthday. That is rum, strawberries, sugar and OJ topped with champagne. Made some 1944 Mai Tais for a select few with Plantation and Depaz. Started an Instagram account since I have fun posting my drinks. ThirstyThursdaysSD if anyone wants to check it out. Just started but it is bound to get more posts on a regular basis. Trying to give more life to the craft cocktail scene in San Diego. I also will be posting about bars wherever I go, but it should help people know where to go for good drinks in San Diego.
