For a Thursday before a long holiday weekend, we did great - 30 people at Tiki Thirstday XVI. Mahalos to you all for keeping the torches burning. Most of those who came last Thirstday probably did not know that Chef Fu was out sick, the first time he's been out sick as long as I've known him. So extra kudos to Miss Ling for keeping everything running so smoothly even though she had the bar and the kitchen to contend with. |
