It might be RO that I am thinking of, at the same time distillation might have been the way to go when they did that special on Sparklets. I'd be surprised if any company would patent their formulas since it would place it on record and a patent is one of the shortest lived protections you can place on your property. This is why KFC, Coke, etc. don't file patents and opt for trade secrets. |
