Barbara Luna is perhaps most famous for her appearance in Star Trek's Mirror Mirror episode.
Her exotic beauty made it easy to cast her as a Mexican or Indian Princess, or 1960's spy.
But for the purpose of this post her modeling career cast her in the role of Hawaiian princess. (incidentally that autographed photo is swiped from an auction currently on ebay)

Also Star Trek fans may be interested to know that a fan production made a sequel to this episode called Star Trek Continues: Fairest of Them All.
