It's not true that most bourbon is made at Jim Beam, although they're certainly one of the big boys on the block. As are Buffalo Trace/Sazerac, Four Roses (Kirin), Heaven Hill, Wild Turkey (Campari), and Brown-Forman. Here's a great graphic that gives you a picture of what's going on in bourbon:
