That's a nice set - it's something that would look good displayed in a little nook or crevice.... Here is most of my haul from French Polynesia (apart from one print which is currently being framed): Hinano beer glasses and a Vahine tiki print by Olivier Louzé, an artist who lives on Moorea: http://louzeo.fr Tiki print by Arno, an artist from Rangiroa: http://tahitienfrance.free.fr/culture/arno.htm Marquesan tiki by Séverin Taupotini, a master carver from Nuku Hiva who has been carving since the late 1950s: Tane tiki print by Olivier Louzé and a wooden mask from Nuku Hiva: Marquesan tiki by Benoît Tamarii, another master carver from Nuku Hiva: Marquesan tiki bowl: Resin twin Marquesan tikis, purchased in the Papeete market: Three framed Marquesan tiki prints on tapa: Tabu beer glasses from Tahiti: |
