Aloha! I used to live in London...I was a pastry chef in South Ken...and I would imagine it to be available...if you can't find it at your local grocer...then ask your butcher...otherwise, look on the internet...look for LIQUID SMOKE...it is not a sauce, rather a flavouring...much like vanilla extract.
