So... worst case scenario nothing happens, best case it is cheaper. Likely floor is going to drop out simply because it is no longer contraband. Still expensive, but when the notion that you could do hard time/be stuck with a hefty fine for consuming said goods (yes, you can) in places where it is legal, it loses a lot of the allure.
